You can check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 14:00, you may have access to the room earlier. Please be aware of our additional charge for early check-in and it’s subject to availability.

In case you arrive before 14:00 (2pm) and the room is not ready yet, we will take care of your luggage in the meantime. In case your room is ready before 14:00 – lucky you! – you may check in of course. Early check-ins cannot be booked nor guaranteed, it’s up to fate.

The room is yours until 12:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 12:00, please contact reception. Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-out and it’s subject to availability.

In case you want to snooze a bit longer we offer late check-out upon request only. Be aware that a surcharge applies.

Our restaurant opens for breakfast from 07.00 till 10.00. It’s the best way to kickstart your day and energise before exploring the city! You can have à la carte lunch&Dinner after 11.00 until 22.00 (10PM) every day.

In case you booked your room with us directly, please contact our reservations department (weekdays 09:00-19:00, weekends 10:00-18:00). They would love to help you figure out what the possibilities are. In case you booked your room through an Online Travel Agent, such as Booking.com/Expedia, it’s out of our hands. Please contact them directly to figure out the possibilities.

Depending on the room type you book, the maximum occupancy of Deluxe room is 2 people, Deluxe Family Suite & 2 Bedroom Grand Villa are 4 people, there is just 1 space to place an additional bed in any of the rooms. - child below 4 years old is free (sharing with parent utilizing beds) - child between 4-12 years old is ฿750/child/night (with breakfast) - child between 4-12 years old is ฿1,500/child/night (Bed with breakfast) - child above 12 years old or Adult is ฿1,500/child/night (Bed with breakfast)

At L'esprit De Naiyang, we have air-conditioning all room & villa.

We have laundry service inside the hotel. We work with an external company that can do your laundry in case you would like to wash something. Prices are determined by the fashion police and depend on the amount and type of laundry.

You may find a kettle in your room to brew your own tea & Coffee. In case you are in need of a cup of coffee, stop by at Secret Cuisine Restaurant.
